Hong Seng Restaurant, Sentosa

Life in Kuala Lumpur is quite tough, especially when I had to endure the food that is nothing close to Ipoh's food...even talking about the food in Ipoh gives a yummy feeling!!

Anyway, last weekend, my friends and I decided to go to Sentosa in Petaling Jaya to eat the famous roast pork and chicken rice there. We used to go there for makan once a while during our university days.

Anyway, the place is always crowded with people...

By the time we reached there, there was not much left...we couldn't try the pork there so we ordered the chicken rice instead.

This is a lesson for those who want to go there for lunch...please try to be at least about 12pm because the food here are quickly sold out.

Even though I couldn't try the roasted pork, I must said that the RM5 chicken rice is worth the money.
The meat is crunchy and definitely delicious...well, I've heard that along the same road, there is another famous kopitiam, Wah Cheong...and I heard that the chicken rice here is even better...

[Wine Recipe] - Roselle Wine Recipe 24_11_2012

I was thinking to do something different for this blog during the weekend, and something pops up in my mind which is to post the wine recipe. There are so many wine recipe around that it will be too difficult to keep track and at the same time, I would love to blog about it, so that I can use the wine recipe that can provide me with the taste of the wine that I wanted in the future. Well, I can just treat it like another type of log book for this "experiment". Anyway, to make wine for home usage, it is not that tedious, just that you will need to have the correct recipe with the correct material, then voila, you can start making your own wine. Of course, for high volume production, it will be another story as it will involves a lot of machines and stuff like that. Roselle wine

Jalan Yau Tet Shin It must be a surprise that I am blogging about a street in Ipoh, but this street is hard to be missed especially to those who stopped by Ipoh. Reason being, the Jalan Yau Tet Shin is famous for its mouthwatering hawker food and it is a must stop by area when someone passes the quiet town of Ipoh. In fact, one can easily see a lot of local tour buses stopping by for the people to dine and pack some of the local favourites confectioneries back home.
